About Transformis Consulting:

Formed in 2003, Transformis Consulting is an independent consultancy specialising in delivering business change through effective project and programme management. • Implementing a global property management system
• Central programme management for the merger and integration of two international banks with synergies of over $130m pa achieved
• Establishing and running the project assurance function for a European investment bank
• Developing in-house project and programme management methodologies
• Developing and delivering project management training for a UK retail bank
