Peter is a specialist in bringing planning and implementation discipline to complex business situations, and has built up the organisational awareness and adaptability to engineer and lead large-scale strategic, organisational and technological change programmes.

He is highly focused on achieving results, and comfortable with the consequences of leadership and decision making. With the ability to influence the organisation, to develop and motivate others through constructive feedback and guidance, and to form high performing teams, he is credible at Board level, and has himself held various senior management roles in technology and organisational development.

For the last two years, Peter was the partner responsible for the UK Operations of a rapidly growing marketing services technology company, leading all client delivery functions during a period when recognized revenue doubled.

Other projects include:

	The sale of a bank’s branches in Greece
	The vendor due diligence, negotiation and solution analysis phases of a programme to centralise and outsource transaction processing for a credit card and personal loans business spanning 23 countries
	A strategy formulation programme for a consumer bank, based in Singapore, involving all the bank’s businesses in north- and south-east Asia
	Introducing project management disciplines into an international consumer bank, resulting on average in a 10-15% improvement in project performance (annual budget c$200M)
	The strategic planning and development process for a UK insurance company
	Re-engineering an IS development function
	The fit-out of and relocation to a new 28000 sqft UK headquarters building
	Negotiation and purchase of a new Storage Area Network, more than doubling capacity (to 70tb), and saving c£500,000.

Peter holds an MSc in Business Management Systems from Warwick Business School. He is married with two children and lives in Wiltshire, England.
