Effective Project Management Workshop

This 2 day workshop provides a grounding in the core principles of effective project delivery re-enforced with hands-on use of the SimulTrain® project management simulator to provide delegates with a  risk-free learning environment.

Introduction to Project Management

This 3 day course is designed for new or inexperienced project managers and business managers involved in projects. It covers all the basics you would expect and uses the SimulTrain® project management simulator to re-enforce the messages in a risk free and fun learning environment

Effective Project Risk Management Workshop

Companies today acknowledge that up to 50% of their workload can be classified as project work. Projects are, however, inherently risky ventures. Effective project risk management is therefore critical to the success of projects. This 1 day workshop draws on the collective experience of TCL's resources in managing projects and programmes of all sizes, to provide you with an effective toolkit to manage risk on your projects.

Effective Business Change Workshop

Business change is a reality in today's busy global marketplace. Managing business change effectively is a key differentiator between the leading organisations and the rest of the pack. This 1 day workshop is aimed at business change managers and project managers involved in change projects. Effective Project Board Workshop

Project Management Through Blended Learning

Many companies today use web-based training to supplement, or even replace, traditional classroom courses. However, successfully managing projects requires interaction with people and knowing how to deal with 'people situations'. This is very difficult to learn from web-based material and totally impossible to practise. Our blended learning approach combines  web-based tutorials for the theoretical side of project management together with a classroom based introduction and our 2 day Effective Project Management Workshop to provide the 'people' side of the equation.
